1. LEGAL ENTITY & CLIENT DATA COMMITMENT

Creative Punch Media ("we", "us", "our") is an officially registered enterprise under the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), Government of India (Udyam Registration Number: UDYAM-PB-19-0075070, Industry Classification: NIC 59120 — Motion Picture, Video and Television Programme Post-Production Activities). We provide high-retention video post-production for founders and executives and enforce strict data confidentiality. We sign mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) upon request and never sell, rent, or trade client footage, metrics, or proprietary funnel data to any third party.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you interact with our website or submit an audit brief, we collect:

  • Intake Information: Name, work email, brand website, monthly ad spend tier, and ad creative challenges submitted via our booking terminal.
  • Direct Communications: Messages sent via WhatsApp or direct email for project coordination.
  • Technical Telemetry: Anonymized usage data, IP address, and browser data collected via privacy-compliant analytics to optimize site performance.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use submitted brand data strictly for:

  • Preparing customized 15-minute ad creative audits and teardowns prior to discovery calls.
  • Executing paid social creative sprints and delivering video assets.
  • Internal agency CRM tracking and communication via dedicated WhatsApp and Notion client portals.

4. AD ACCOUNT & ASSET SECURITY

Any creative assets, raw footage, or ad account viewer permissions shared with Creative Punch Media are secured behind two-factor authentication (2FA) and accessed solely by assigned creative strategists.

5. COOKIE POLICY & TRACKING PREFERENCES

We use minimal technical telemetry and the Meta conversion pixel to measure advertising efficacy and optimize user experience. Under GDPR, ePrivacy, and CCPA guidelines, you have the right to grant or revoke tracking cookie permissions at any time.
