1. LEGAL ENTITY & SCOPE OF EXECUTIVE PRODUCTION

Creative Punch Media is an officially registered enterprise under the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME), Government of India (Udyam Registration Number: UDYAM-PB-19-0075070, Industry Classification: NIC 59120 — Motion Picture, Video and Television Programme Post-Production Activities). We provide high-retention video creative engineering, executive personal branding, and inbound client acquisition systems for high-ticket coaches and B2B consultants:

Custom Inbound Client Engine (Starting from $3,000/mo): Bespoke monthly agreements tailored to the client's high-ticket offer, audience, and revenue goals. Includes custom-scoped Short-Form Authority Reels (High-Retention 4K Vertical for Instagram Reels & TikTok, with optional video syndication to LinkedIn), guided Riverside.fm studio sessions with dedicated Creative Director guidance, and ManyChat comment-to-DM inbound lead automation.
Agreement Scope & Statement of Work (SOW): Specific deliverable quotas, recording session schedules, and monthly investment tiers are individually defined in each client's finalized Service Agreement / SOW prior to onboarding.

2. GUARANTEED 48-HOUR DELIVERY SLA

The 48-hour delivery SLA commences once raw video/audio recordings from your guided Riverside.fm sprint are uploaded to your private Notion portal. Standard turnaround applies Monday through Friday business hours for each 12-reel batch.

3. 100% BRAND APPROVAL SHIELD & REVISIONS

We provide 1 round of rapid revisions per content batch on kinetic captions, pacing, retention zooms, background audio, and B-roll. Under our 100% Brand Approval Shield, zero assets are published without your explicit written green light.

4. 100% PERPETUAL COMMERCIAL IP RIGHTS

Upon milestone invoice settlement, 100% full commercial intellectual property and worldwide distribution rights for all delivered video files and brand assets belong permanently and unrestricted to the client.

5. 90-DAY PERFORMANCE RISK-REVERSAL COVENANT (15 INBOUND LEADS)

15 Inbound Leads in 90 Days or We Work Free: If a client attends all scheduled guided Riverside.fm recording sprints, green-lights production batches within agreed review windows, and our custom authority content and DM funnels fail to generate at least fifteen (15) qualified inbound leads / inquiries for the client's high-ticket offer within the first ninety (90) calendar days from initial launch, Creative Punch Media covenants to continue executing the full production, creative direction, and syndication scope completely free of charge until the 15 qualified inbound lead threshold is achieved. Zero financial risk.

6. MILESTONE STRUCTURE, CANCELLATION & PROTECTION COVENANTS

Month-by-Month Billing Structure: Services operate on a month-by-month billing cycle. Agreed investment amounts are due on the starting date of each 30-day cycle as designated in the client's SOW.

14-Day Cancellation Notice: Clients may cancel their recurring monthly retainer by providing written notice at least 14 days prior to the start of the next 30-day cycle via email to founder@creativepunch.in.

Chargeback Waiver Protection: Payment processing chargebacks or dispute claims initiated without prior written consultation with Creative Punch Media constitute a direct breach of contract; clients explicitly waive unilateral chargeback rights on settled milestone invoices.

Raw Footage Archiving Policy: Raw 4K video and audio recordings from Riverside.fm sessions are archived in cloud storage for 30 calendar days following final batch delivery, after which raw project files are permanently purged.

Biometric & Remote Recording Consent: Clients grant Creative Punch Media explicit authorization to record, process, script, and edit client voice and video during remote Riverside.fm recording sessions solely for producing client-approved marketing deliverables.
